Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Forge website, booking system, and co-working facilities operated by Valkrix Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By visiting our website (theforge.pk), making a booking, or accessing the space, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. The Service

The Forge is a co-working space located at 1st Floor, East, Shauq 8 Plaza, Jinnah Boulevard, Sector B DHA Phase II, Islamabad, 46000, Pakistan. We offer flexible workspace solutions including individual day passes, dedicated desks, private meeting rooms, and team packages on hourly, daily, monthly, and yearly plans.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active members.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to book or use our services. By making a booking, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Corporate bookings made on behalf of a team or organisation must be made by an authorised representative of that entity.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (or issuance of a booking reference, where applicable).

• Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing members on active plans.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless expressly agreed by us in writing.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Day passes: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking date are eligible for a full refund or credit. No refund for same-day cancellations.
• Monthly / yearly plans: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the next billing cycle. No partial-month refunds.
• Meeting rooms: Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance are eligible for a full credit. Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

In the event that The Forge is unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances within our control, a full refund or alternative booking will be offered.

5. Access and Use of the Space

By accessing The Forge premises, you agree to:

• Maintain a professional and respectful environment for all other members and staff.
• Not engage in any illegal activity, harassment, or behaviour that disrupts other members.
• Keep noise levels reasonable — loud calls, speaker audio, or disruptive behaviour is not permitted in open areas.
• Keep the space clean and return shared equipment and furniture to their original positions.
• Not bring prohibited items including weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials onto the premises.
• Comply with all posted notices, safety instructions, and reasonable requests from staff.
• Not sub-let or share your booking with individuals not included in your original booking without prior written approval.

We reserve the right to revoke access immediately, without refund, if a member violates these rules or behaves in a manner that jeopardises the safety or experience of others.

6. Operating Hours

The Forge is open Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Access outside these hours is not permitted unless a separate arrangement has been agreed in writing. We are closed on public holidays. Operating hours may be temporarily adjusted with notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Valkrix Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of any work you create while using The Forge. We make no claim over your intellectual property.

8. Liability and Disclaimer

The Forge and its facilities are provided “as is.” While we take reasonable care to maintain a safe and functional environment, we do not guarantee uninterrupted internet connectivity, availability of specific workstations, or that the space will be free from all defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valkrix Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the premises.
• Loss of data, business interruption, or indirect/consequential losses arising from use of the space.
• Any harm caused by third parties (other members, visitors) within the premises.

You are responsible for insuring your own equipment and valuables. We recommend not leaving valuables unattended.

9. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the data practices described therein.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, active members will be notified by email at least 14 days in advance.
